Snowpainters is an Arcade Racer that is available for download on Steam! During this project, I was responsible for managing the tasks and sprint planning for 14 programmers. At the beginning of the project, each programmer needed to be placed onto a team that best suited their skills and wants, and throughout the project I would have to continually adjust teams to resource them as the project needed. In addition to sprint planning, I attended meetings to help in the furthered development of the game vision and how mechanics would be implemented on a high level. After meeting with other leads, I would distill the information down to each team and translate it into user stories and tasks with conditions of satisfaction.
